Tastes good and works great
I have tried a LOT of different iron supplements and they have always given me nausea and generally just upset my stomach. This has worked great and I find it very convenient. I place a few extra in different bags in case I’m in a rush in the morning and forget to take it. No water needed!

Time will tell how much it improves my iron stores vs other brands. For someone who has to take iron daily and indefinitely it is pricey. The Fastest way to raise your Iron levels without an IV
"Ferosom Forte is the easiest way to increase your iron levels without an iron infusion. I've discovered that it is difficult to get a doctor in Ontario to order Iron infusion. You're better off going to a private clinic if your iron is low and you are looking for rapid infusion of iron. If you do not need immediate (2 month) results then Ferosom is the way to go! I won't ever be iron deficient again. I've experienced it once. . . that was enough for me!"

"My doctor recommended this product, which she herself takes, for low iron levels. She suggested I take it three times a week. It seems to be helping with my fatigue, but I seem to be chronically constipated which isn't a lot of fun. I know that's what iron does, so any other iron product would have the same result. It's also quite expensive."

"J’ai essayé auparavant les sachets de ferosom, très facile à digérer et sans effet secondaire. Ma feritine a monté mais pas encore assez. Alors je suis à l’essai pour les capsules. J’ai eu quelques jours de crampes au ventre la 1ère semaine mais rien à voir comparativement à des comprimés de fer prescrits auparavant par mon médecin (crampes et constipation intolérables). Les effets secondaires ont maintenant disparu. Reste à voir ma feritine lors de ma prochaine prise de sang dans quelques mois."
