"Best thing about this product is how easy it is to take without upsetting my sensitive stomach. No restrictions taking it with food or beverages (so I actually take it!) and zero issues with nausea or constipation. Subscription was easy to manage, pause, cancel, etc. - no complaints. Packaging was good, simple and not excessive. I find it is okay for keeping my iron stable, but it didn't help with an existing deficiency. So five stars for being actually gentle on my system and for the service, minus one star for not helping with my iron deficiency (but it does seem to work as a maintenance product for me).
