"This is the easiest iron supplement I have ever taken. It is easy on my digestive tract and does not cause any nausea or stomach upset. I make sure to drink plenty of fluids as well so I do not get constipated. It has a very mild flavour. I even mixed it into my iced coffee and it blended in well. Or perhaps it just takes more time? I wonder if caffeine and dairy actually are effecting the amount that is being absorbed in my body?
